Meet Bob Dorn
Bob Dorn has been passionate about firearms and shooting since he was a kid. He earned his pistol permit at the age of 21 and has been an active, responsible gun owner ever since.
For the past 13 years, Bob has been teaching firearm safety and pistol permit classes to students across Central New York.
His teaching style is straightforward, patient, and approachable. Whether a student has never handled a handgun before or simply wants a better understanding of the permit process, Bob works to make the class comfortable, informative, and useful.
Bob also offers private lessons for students who want additional one-on-one instruction, extra confidence, or more focused help outside of the regular class setting.
